The T20 World Cup 2022 Final was a thrilling match that saw England become champions. England has won the ICC T20 World Cup for the second time, thanks to brilliant performances from Stokes and Curran.
This is a huge achievement for the team, and it will no doubt give them a huge boost heading into the 2023 ODI World Cup.
Stokes was the star of the show for England, scoring an unbeaten 52 off 49 to lead his side to victory. Curran was also excellent, taking 3-12 to help bowl Pakistan out for just 137.
Curran was a key player in England’s victory at the ICC T20 World Cup in 2022. His bowling was both accurate and economical, and he took some key wickets at crucial moments in the tournament.

Sam Curran’s outstanding performance throughout the tournament has brought him the Player of the Tournament as well as the Player of the Match awards.
His use of variations and tricky angle kept the batsmen guessing, and he was able to execute his skills consistently. This helped the team to victory in the final at the MCG.

Now coming to Jos Buttler, the English Captain, has contributed with his bat, and the fans have witnessed fierce batting along with a deft piece of footwork to help his team reach the final. Our experts have addressed this as Captain leading from the front.
He produced two match-winning knocks, one in the super 12 against New-Zealand, and the most important one, against India in the semi-final, an unbeaten 80 off 47 deliveries.
Here is what this skipper said: “This is the icing on the cake, to win the T20 World Cup, just immensely proud. A long journey and a few changes, but we’re reaping the rewards. Fantastic tournament, Pakistan was a valuable time for the group, but this is a way away from the Ireland game.”
