Bangladesh vs West Indies 2nd ODI Match Preview

Bangladesh beat the host West Indies by 41 runs in a 3 match series one day cricket. Now Bangladesh is leading by 1-0 in this game. On 25th July in the second match at the Guyana Providence Stadium on Wednesday the host will be in an effort to balance the game.

After Shakib’s dismissal, Mushfiqur Rahim batted hard with 30 runs from 11 deliveries. And that gives the West Indies a huge target of 280 runs in 50 overs.

Bangladesh captain Mashrafe’s returning to the field is a delightful thing for the visitors. Mashrafi is the most wicket takers for Bangladesh. In this series first ODI he took 4 wickets for the team with a 48 run victory.

On the other hand, Mustafijur Rahman was able to show good bowling skills in the first match. He took two wickets for 35 runs. It seems that these two bowlers can give the West Indies a great competition in the second ODI.

 

West Indies:

West Indies have failed to show their aggressiveness in the one-day format like the test series. That’s why they had to accept their defeat to Bangladesh in the Limited overs match.
